Full Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Public Relations Analyst to support our growing awareness in Europe. You will work closely with the Head of UK & European PR/AR to support on campaigns that help engage analysts and drive awareness and understanding within the regional analyst community. There is never a shortage of messages to focus on, or inspiration to take from Zoho PR and AR teams all around the world, which makes this a fast-paced and exciting role and one which offers opportunity to grow and learn on a daily basis.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the European AR lead in driving a strategic AR programme which supports Zoho's business goals in the region

  • Monitoring and researching AR firms across the region to ensure the right relationships are pursued and maintained with industry analysts

  • Gathering information on commercial aspects offered by AR firms so Zoho stakeholders can evaluate options fully

  • Helping to develop content for the AR programme, including RFIs when required. This involves liaising across the organisation with relevant product teams, marketing teams and other AR team members to build relevant content

  • Monitoring the relevant output of AR firms to both share useful insights with the European team as well as to ensure all relevant opportunities are being targeted software company (others may be considered)

    It is important for the applicant to hold a national or EU passport, have a valid work authorisation and be within commutable distance.


    • The successful candidate will be subjected to background verification in compliance with the national legislation and market standards.
