Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager with a specialisation in Sauna Design. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, planning, and execution of high end bespoke sauna, steam, and wellness projects from conception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative bespoke sauna designs and create exceptional wellness experiences for our clients.

Principal tasks include:

Sauna Design:

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Develop creative and functional sauna designs that align with client expectations and industry standards.

Utilise CAD and modelling software and other design tools to create detailed drawings and renderings.

Present design concepts to clients and make adjustments based on feedback.

Project Management:

Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines and monitor progress throughout each phase.

Procure materials and equipment necessary for construction while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality inspections to ensure that our workshop output meets design specifications and comply with building codes and regulations.

Identify any deficiencies or deviations from the original design and implement corrective actions as needed.

Strive to achieve excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Research and Development:

Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and materials in sauna design and construction.

Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our design processes and offerings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the construction or design industry.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Must be OK with dogs as we are a dog friendly office with multiple dogs present on a daily basis.

    We are offering full time stable position in a growing company that is investing substantially in expansion, new equipment and staff training.

    Salary: As a trainee in this role the salary will be starting from £26,000, with scope for fast progression for the right candidate with the appetite to grow their responsibility and able to deliver with accuracy and consistency. The role will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
