Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Planner who will report to the Programme Scheduler and support the Project Management Organisation functionality, in providing Schedule and Planning Management expertise to the Sizewell C PMO & Programme teams.

Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively., You'll assist the Programme Scheduler to develop and support a suitable Schedule function within the Project Management Organisation and Project Delivery Organisation.

You'll help to ensure that Suppliers and Internal Departments comply with SZC processes and procedures and support All Functional Heads in maintaining the SZC approach to schedule management.

You'll support the SZC in various forums with other departments / Projects / Programmes parliamentary Goals and objectives.

You'll organise and facilitate tactical workshops to develop areas of the schedule. Coordinating and facilitating of Schedule workshops and reviews with Project Stakeholders.

You'll have knowledge of project planning principles and techniques with project experience.

You'll have the ability to create a schedule from first principles.

You'll have working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
