Junior Creative Director

As a Junior Creative Director, you will work within a team who are the visionary force behind Sidemen Clothing's brand aesthetic and direction. Collaborating closely with our design, marketing, and production teams, you'll conceptualise and execute vibrant campaigns, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs, from product to digital content. Your keen eye for emerging trends, coupled with a strong understanding of the online creator culture, will drive the evolution of our brand identity, fostering engagement and loyalty among our community of fans., Work within our creative team to develop and execute creative strategies according to our timelines and schedules.
Generate innovative ideas and concepts for clothing designs, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop ideas and concepts for product designs, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Assist and oversee the creation of marketing materials. - Analyse campaign performance metrics and feedback to optimise creative strategies.

Has a clear, undeniable creative flair and is able to apply it strategically.
- Is able to conceptualise and link product ranges with visually compelling campaigns.
- Able to work in relevant Adobe software and/or other design software.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Is familiar with the Sidemen and wider content creator space.
