The Trials and Analysis team are a key part of the Environmental Engineering & Facilities Function, the team operates internationally and delivers all trials and analysis aspects of Environmental Engineering projects. The team leads platform integration activities and trials campaigns to characterise MBDA's products in in-service environments and provides advanced digital signal processing principles, signal processing and analysis techniques to derive test specifications to support qualification campaigns, flight and firing clearances.

As the Team Leader, you will focus on the delivery of your assigned projects, combined with the management, development and performance of your team.

Utilising the specialist technical knowledge within the function, you will engage with senior business customers to identify forthcoming campaigns and programmes of work to scope and bid activities; deliver, through the team, work packages involving data gathering trials and assessments; the development of test specifications and subsequent trial analysis to ensure delivery of the required quality, timescale and budget. Dynamic Working
