JCA Seasonal Paddlesport Instructor 2024

As a Paddlesports Instructor with JCA you will be involved in instructing a variety of Paddlesports based sessions to our guests which include Canoeing, Kayaking and Raft Building. JCA specialise in School and Youth Group residential trips, this is a rewarding role where you will have the chance to really get to know our guests and understand their individual capabilities and limitations. You will be responsible for fitting and using equipment safely. It will be your top priority to deliver fun, educational and safe activities, making their trip one to remember.

• You must hold a Paddlesports Instructor (PSI) and Paddlesport Safety & Rescue Qualification

We are looking for individuals with experience in delivering a variety of Paddlesports activities, in particular to children. You must be confident in leading groups of guests and working alongside other team members. This is a physically demanding role where you will need to maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm throughout the season.
