Full Job Description
- Providing day to day support via our internal IT Support ticketing system across a wide range of issues.
- Assisting with maintaining the companys IT networks, servers and security systems.
- Deal with computer, laptop, printer and phone/mobile issues within the company
- Monitor IT systems and diagnose and repair issues
Ability to learn new IT skills and a desire to pursue career development and undertake appropriate training - Grade C or above in GCSE's (or equivalent) - English Mathematics and Science
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows, Do you have the ability to learn new IT skills and a desire to pursue career development and undertake appropriate training?
- Do you have Grade C or above in GCSE's (or equivalent) - English Mathematics and Science?
