Full Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues and incidents
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Set up and maintain network connections including VPN access
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including firewalls and security systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues promptly
- Utilise IT service management tools such as Remedy for issue tracking and resolution
- Assist in managing operating systems and software applications
- Support users with system upgrades and new software implementations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT security

The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. If you are passionate about IT and possess a strong technical background, we would love to hear from you., Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on desktop support and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux
- Familiarity with SCCM for software deployment and updates
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles including TCP/IP protocols
- Experience working with Active Directory for user management and authentication
- Ability to diagnose hardware issues and perform basic repairs or replacements
