IT Support Engineer - Entry Level

· Provide onsite & remote support for Laptops, iPhones, and iPads, administering the server infrastructure and Microsoft 365. Including upgrades and planned works.

· Log and manage support calls using the firm's Help Desk Software. Be proactive in the resolution of difficult issues and escalate where necessary.

· Ensure that the IT Manager's requests for service are dealt with in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.

· Helping the IT Manager to define, implement and enforce all necessary Cyber Security Polices.

· Inform or escalate to the IT Management in a timely manner any problems or issues that affect the office and its performance.

Please note that all applicants must be able to obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance.

· Industry experience in an IT support role or similar, or a passion and interest to begin a career in this field.

· IT literacy, great communication skills, and an ability to problem solve.

· Possess a positive, can-do attitude.

· Motivation to effectively resolve issues and efficiently communicate with different teams within the business.,

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

· Flexibility to travel to our Corsham office as and when required by the business - we expect this to average 2-3 days per week with no set pattern.
