IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an SSD Module Installation Engineer to join our team for a project at Stanley Building, Kings Cross. The primary responsibility of this role is to install SSD modules on Cisco Catalyst C9300, C9300X, and C9300L Series Switches according to provided procedures.,

• Receive SSDs from customer contact.


• Follow the provided procedure to install SSD modules on Cisco Catalyst C9300, C9300X, and C9300L Series Switches.


• Remove blank covers from USB 3.0 SSD slots on switches and store them for future use.


• Insert SSDs into module slots ensuring proper alignment and firm insertion.


• Ensure the Cisco label on the drive remains upright during installation.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.


• Communicate effectively with the team regarding any issues or concerns during installation.
  
  Experience with hardware installation, particularly with Cisco Catalyst switches preferred.


• Familiarity with SSD installation procedures.


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment.
