Full Job Description

  • Resolve end user issues logged through our call logging system such as Microsoft Office, printer setup, VPN and shared drive access.

  • Work closely with the IT Project Manager with hands on troubleshooting of Point of Sale, Credit Card, Music, Telephone, Fire Alarm and CCTV challenges.

  • Setup and manage new user requests.

  • Install and Configure hardware and software., The Engineering Department looks after the Companies assets (Buildings, IT Infrastructure, Mechanical plant, and Vehicles), conducting scheduled checks and preventive maintenance in all areas of the estate. Engineering also respond to guest requests should they have issues and to colleague requests from across the estate.

    The role encompasses a full range of IT Support duties to ensure the smooth running of IT across the Estate, you will liase closely with all departments so attention to detail and effective communication is key.


  • This is a role for a self-motivated, confident, and personable individual with high attention to detail.

    The role will be varied and will cover several different responsibilities including supporting our team, visitors, and guests. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual who is logical, diligent and relishes a challenge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake further training, which the company will support to develop their skills and experience.,
  • Education in Information Technology desirable i.e MCITP, MCSA, CCNA

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in an IT support environment

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems

  • Hands on knowledge of local area network management

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of hospitality IT systems an advantage.
