Full Job Description

The IT Service Desk Leader provides services and support relating to existing standard applications and infrastructure, as well as managing and fulfilling requests for service. The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for all IT related issues and requests.

General Responsibilities

  • Incident management

  • Request management

  • Knowledge management

  • Asset management

  • Continual Service Improvement, adopting ITIL best practices where appropriate

  • Daily System Checks

  • Process Documentation

  • End User Documentation

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to:

  • + IT Usage Policy and Health & Safety Policy

    Are you a seasoned professional with 2+ years of experience leading teams and holding an ITIL v3/v4 Foundation qualification? Do you excel in managing IT Development Install requests, coordinating 3rd party suppliers, and ensuring smooth fulfilment processes? We are looking for a technically adept leader who can spearhead our IT delivery function, ensuring seamless development broadband or connectivity.

    Desirable qualifications include MCP certification, but most importantly, we seek individuals with:
  • Organisational prowess and a customer-centric approach

  • A dedicated team player with strong self and team motivation

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Proven track record of excelling in fast-paced environments, 2+ years' experience of providing team leader support in a similar role Personal Attributes Organised, customer Service & process orientated

  • A conscientious team player with high level of self & team motivation.

  • Able to work to tight deadlines with the ability to multitask.
