Full Job Description

  • Assisting users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop, Desktop computers, Printers, related IT sanctioned peripherals and software

  • Ensuring Laptop/Desktop/Tablets interconnect seamlessly with corporate systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, switches, routers, etc.

  • Resolving and repairing any PC/Windows related issues

  • Preparing and rolling out new hardware Laptops \ Desktops

  • Assisting with IT Asset Management process and maintain hardware inventory

  • Participating in various smaller tasks and projects related to IT support

    High level of interest in IT

  • Willingness to learn and develop

  • Good English written and verbal skills
