Full Job Description
- Assisting users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop, Desktop computers, Printers, related IT sanctioned peripherals and software
- Ensuring Laptop/Desktop/Tablets interconnect seamlessly with corporate systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, switches, routers, etc.
- Resolving and repairing any PC/Windows related issues
- Preparing and rolling out new hardware Laptops \ Desktops
- Assisting with IT Asset Management process and maintain hardware inventory
- Participating in various smaller tasks and projects related to IT support
High level of interest in IT - Willingness to learn and develop
- Good English written and verbal skills
