Full Job Description

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Providing end-user, desktop support.,

  • Supporting and maintaining MS Server / Desktops

  • Supporting and maintaining Office 365 Solutions and GSuite Solutions

  • Escalate IT issues within the team where necessary

  • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops

  • Installing authorised software to laptops and desktops

  • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops, servers and network infrastructure and security devices are kept up to date

  • Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software Incidents/problems

    There is a potential opportunity for a full-time role and further career development upon successful completion of the apprenticeship., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Team working, Non judgemental, GCSE or equivalent any 3 subjects (Grade 4+ (A-C)) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 3+ (D or above)) Essential
    GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 3+ (D or above)) Essential

    QA's Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:
  • Learn on-premise and cloud-enabled technologies and services

  • Learn technical content that aligns to and is relevant to employers and the market

  • Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification

  • Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
