Full Job Description
You will be managing, developing, and implementing programs composed of multiple cross functional projects. Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.
You will also be leading multiple cross-functional projects that may comprise a program from inception to completion; facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; working with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designing project plan, developing timeline, identifying project milestones, and tracking performance against performance goals and timeline.
Role can be based anywhere in the UK with 25% of travel.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
- Managing project risk by utilizing quality tools to identify areas of risk and identifying alternatives or solutions by applying motivational techniques to broad-based organization change issues.
- Planning and monitoring project budget, conducting research and analysis by providing input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
- Leveraging experience of cross-functional resources and resources external to the project team; documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams.
- Monitoring and communicating project status to project team.

- SAP ERP implementation experience is required, preferably SAP S4Hana.
- Developing and managing of the Quantum project Plan from initiation through Operational readiness review (ORR), go live activities, and hyper-care & infant-care activities.
- Managing the project work orchestration & synchronization and dependencies across the IT work track, SI partner, affiliate programs, CCOE track
- Working with PMs (SI partner, BTPM, Affiliate program e.g., Bolt, Zenith, NRP, Global commerce, IT tracking leads to develop a single project plan, single project progress tracking and reporting, single risk and issue management dashboard
- Tracking and synchronize Key project work (BTPM, affiliate programs, SI partner PM) and all IT Swimlane delivery which includes: 1. System Functional Requirement elicitation and Solutioning Swimlane (Business non-functional, functional & Technical requirements) 2. Technical Swimlane (Solution architecting/Basis and other infrastructure readiness) 3. Data Swimlane (ETL) 4. Integration Swimlane 5. Quality Swimlane (Functional and non-Functional testing validation & approvals)
- College, university, or equivalent degree, or related field required.
£57,760 - £72,200 - Dependent of experience - Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
