Full Job Description

As an Investment Support Senior Administrator, you would deliver an efficient and accurate service, including general client maintenance and supporting the investment team supervisors with training and dealing with medium risk tasks.

Key Responsibilities as our Investment Support Senior Administrator will include:

  • Quality checking of all Reporting aspects (DIS/IAS& Legacy/PMS/MiFIDII).

  • Provide effective and constructive feedback to buddies.

  • Ensure that all data is accurate and up to date where appropriate.

  • To complete all tasks delegated to them by the Investment Support Supervisor to meet SLAs.

  • Create and maintain Process manuals for administrator and senior tasks.

  • To train and provide continuing support to both new and existing members of the team.

  • To respond to telephone and medium risk inbox queries, escalating where necessary.

  • To develop new methods of carrying out existing or new tasks to increase efficiency.

  • To be a point of contact for consultants, members of the business and the team.

  • Responsible for cancellation and resetting of Reviews and updating XPLAN.

  • Raise and maintain breach awareness with Buddies and report all potential breaches.

  • Monitor and maintain administrators and own diary management and record keeping processes, to ensure appropriate activity audit trails are maintained in line with the Firms compliance standards.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly {TCF) and how AFH Wealth Management seeks to comply with this FCA requirement.

  • Abide by AFH Group procedures and standards in relation to anti money laundering, fraud awareness, data security and confidentiality and to complete training and assessments as required and in a timely manner.

  • Liaising with Portfolio Managers and Dealing Executives

  • Any reasonable request made by Director/Senior Manager of the Company

    Provider platform and valuation procedures knowledge

  • Understanding of various types and styles of Reporting

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Working knowledge of Pershing's Nexus Complete Software Systems preferred

  • Knowledge of TCF Principles and how they apply to the individual role
