Full Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing fintech firm with over £5bn AUM, providing a Model Portfolio Service, is looking to hire an Investment Implementation Manager. This is a fast paced and varied role for with this innovative and technology driven firm. This role sits within the investment team and requires someone to hit the ground running in implementing and supporting the model portfolio service across a range of investment platforms. Applicants must have the following

Experience of implementing investment portfolios on platform, including trading and rebalancing. Process-driven with a keen focus on operational risk and excellent attention to detail. Understanding of what financial advisers do and challenges they face. Experience of working in a technical or paraplanning role, dealing with cash contributions and raising cash for withdrawals. Client service driven, focussed on client outcomes. Highly numerate. IMC qualified. Desirable skills/experience:
Work experience in a DFM or MPS business. Advanced Excel and VBA skills. Knowledge of coding. Daily responsibilities: Working within their investment team and be responsible for the following:
Day to day management of discretionary model portfolios for financial advice firms. Designing and managing processes for investment implementation and associated tools. Administering and monitoring client portfolios, including cash management, rebalancing. Dealing with adviser queries to support the DFM service, through the onboarding process and throughout the relationship. Maintain relationships with platform partners, engaging with them for benefit of mutual clients. Maintain and apply a sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Support incoming asset migration of new clients in high growth environment. Competitive salary/package and flexible working.
