Inventory Controller

We are currently looking for a Inventory Controller (rotating shift pattern ) to join our team in Corby ., To be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to Client Order Fulfilment.

Key tasks

• To ensure the right resources are available to successfully complete all tasks related the fulfilment processes, i.e. people, equipment, consumables etc



• To ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to, to maximise efficiency and exceed client expectations in terms of quality and accuracy



• To set and meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy



• To set and meet stretching KPIs to maximise profitability



• To build meaningful relationships with the Clients



• To proactively identify problems and resolve these problems with minimum disruption to service
