Full Job Description

  • Design Dream Itineraries: Create off-the-beaten-path excursions, manage logistics, and ensure safety.

  • Be the Go-To Person: Act as the main contact for international guests, customize programmes, and handle issues swiftly.

  • Support Sales: Help the sales team with regulations and group needs, build relationships with excursion providers.

  • Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on international rules, maintain organized documentation, and follow safety protocols.

  • Manage On-Site: Take Duty Manager shifts, participate in training, and support guests and team members.

    Detail-oriented and passionate about guest engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills and a love for outdoor adventures.

  • Experience in delivering top-notch customer experiences.

  • At least one year as a customer-facing manager or supervisor.

  • IT savvy (Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.).

    Enthusiastic and supportive problem-solver.

  • Think creatively and holistically.

  • Encourage and develop new processes.
