Full Job Description
- Serve customers efficiently and politely to ensure satisfaction
- Provide product advice and guidance to customers
- Maximize sales through effective selling techniques
- Service customer orders from branch stock profile whenever possible
- Liaise with customers and internal departments/suppliers to meet delivery requirements
- Monitor customer credit limits and payments, minimizing financial risk
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technology, and regulations
- Handle customer complaints promptly and properly
- Advise on apparent stock shortages to manage stock effectively
Driving Licence - 2 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles
- Previous experience in electrical wholesale
- Acknowledged customer service training
- Experience in a telephone sales environment
