Full Job Description

Are you technically minded with a keen interest in Sales? Do you enjoy administration and working in a dynamic environment? If so the Internal Sales Executive role at Tricel may be just what you are looking for.

Working across a diverse portfolio of products to both B2B and B2C. The role will carry out a range of tasks including the interpretation of tender information to provide project quotations. Sales administration tasks to support the team with the overall aim of driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Managing order processing from checking stock levels, data entry, through to processing and customer follow up.

  • Liaising with logistics to organise shipments within customer expectations.

  • Responding in a timely and professionally manner to all customer communications through various channels; phone, email, webchat web form. Extracting the true brief to address the customer needs providing technical and commercial advice directly and/or referring calls to the appropriate manager.

  • Assisting customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; working with Quality to select the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Contributing to individual, team and department sales objectives

  • Proactively engaging with customers to identify areas of growth for the business, as well as engaging customers on CSAT

  • Accurately maintain and update CRM system as required.

  • Following up on customer quotations to establish the status of the project and updating the CRM system.

  • Making lapsed and prospect calls to proactively obtain business based on the sales operating system.

  • Ad hoc Office Administration as required by the business.

  • Support other members of the Sales Team.

    1-2 years' experience in a Sales / Administration.

  • Excellent interpersonal/Communication Skills with friendly but professional manner.

  • Excellent multi-tasking, organisational, written and verbal communication are essential.

  • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritise workload.

  • Capability to work on your own initiative.

  • Resilience with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and standard of work.

  • Experience in a Manufacturing background would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Experience in ERP systems would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Ability to understand technical information and gain a detailed understanding of the Company services and product offerings will be essential., Self-motivated

    Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:30-4pm
