Full Job Description

Nest is embarking on a bold and progressive transformational journey. We are looking for a bold and progressive permanent Internal Communications Manager to lead a business critical, proactive, fast moving, dynamic team.

This role is responsible for leading the internal communications team. The Internal Communications Manager will clearly and confidently set the pace, the drumbeat for internal communications across the organisation, creating a best-in-class strategy that moves the needle on employee engagement and takes Nest to the next level, aligned to business needs.

Playing a pivotal role working across projects of significant organisational importance, such as Nest's transformation, where they'll be relied upon to provide communications related expertise, trusted counsel and navigate through sometimes complex or ambiguous situations with ease.

    Directorate/Department Overview

    Internal Communications plays the crucial role of connecting, engaging and inspiring colleagues across the organisation. This proactive, fast paced, high-performance team produces clear, creative, compelling content that motivates colleagues and enables everyone to perform at their best to deliver Nest's business strategy effectively for the benefit of our customers.

    The team forms part of the Central Support Services directorate and is led by the Internal Communications Manager who reports into the Director of People and Engagement.
