Join us as an Internal Communications Manager and become the voice that fuels our patrol network's passion and connects them to our strategic roadmap. Within this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal communications and engagement in our Road Operations community with a primary focus on our patrol network.
Collaborate with the Internal Communications Business Partner and the Roadside Operations leadership team to craft compelling narratives that not only inform but also empower our colleagues. Your mission is to ensure every team member is equipped with the knowledge to perform their roles safely and is aligned with our vision., + Operational communication management: Lead the end-to-end process of patrol messaging, including content creation, approval, and distribution, adhering to established communication protocols.
+ Campaign management: Plan, organise and deliver campaigns and events that communicate The AA's purpose and priorities, translating them into meaningful concepts for the Road Operations team.
+ Communications strategy: Collaborate on the internal communications strategy for Roadside Operations, ensuring it aligns with the broader organisational goals.
+ Strategic advisory: Offer communication guidance to the leadership team, promoting best practices and strategic alignment.
+ Measurement and analysis: Assess communication activity, identify engagement trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
+ Event support: Assist internal events, including AA Awards, leadership events and patrol roadshows.

+ Copywriting expertise: Demonstrated ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences and channels.
+ Communication planning: Proven track record developing and executing comprehensive communication plans and campaigns that align with and support broader business messages and projects.
+ Stakeholder management: Previous experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders and experience connecting with remote and frontline colleagues.
+ Deadline-oriented: Ability to meet tight deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
+ Technical proficiency: Knowledgeable in using platforms such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Poppulo, and Stream.
