Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Support. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and helping the Category Director (CD) to execute a successful growth plan. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. They will have the ability to build rapport quickly, be solutions oriented and well organised.

Responsibilities:

Reporting



  • Produce daily/weekly, sales vs gap reports on customers., Working closely with the marketing team, and actioning any marketing related follow-ups from account management meetings., Wouldn't be a key responsibility but the ability to do orders to cover for holidays and absences may be required ad-hoc.

    Proven experience in a similar sales support or customer service role.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), CRM software and adobe suite.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of sales principles and practices.

    Ability to manipulate electronically stored documents for professional presentation.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with sales software (Hubspot and Netsuite) and tools.

    Familiarity with the industry and products/services offered by the company.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

You will be supporting a small, lean team with a positive mindset and growth attitude. Supporting both the Category Director and Business Development Manager who travel throughout Europe establishing and developing new accounts.
