Full Job Description

A new information management role has been created supporting the Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) Lead on a 12 month project to make information management and governance improvements within SharePoint and Teams which would enable testing of Copilot.

It would suit someone who is looking to extend their information management experience and develop their project delivery and change management skills.
You will work closely with the Records Manager and technical colleagues to understand the business and governance requirements for developing a new SharePoint information architecture.
You will engage with teams from across the organisation to understand their business needs and priorities, which will inform a phased delivery approach.
You will work with the Knowledge and Information Management Lead to identify risks and mitigating actions.
You will work with colleagues in communications and programmes and change on reporting and awareness raising campaigns.
You will have the opportunity and time to complete new learning that will assist you in your role.
You will be given time and support to balance these different tasks so you are able to bring and commit your best effort to the role.
You will be a highly organised individual who is able to work with others to provide solutions to problems.
You will be confident at proactively engaging with teams and developing positive working relationships with a range of individuals.

Office Attendance
All of our office-based roles are contractually located at Temple Quay House in Bristol. We encourage office attendance to foster collaboration, conversation, group creativity and employee wellbeing. You will be expected to attend Temple Quay House at least 12 times a year. Depending on your role, you may be required to attend more often than 12 times a year either permanently or temporarily to ensure we deliver our services in the most efficient and effective way for our customers. Interview
