An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Industrial Services Manager to join our Cereal Partners Worldwide site in Bromborough. Cereal Partners UK, a powerful alliance between Nestlé and General Mills and manufacturers many household brands, such as Shreddies, Cheerios and Nesquik.

You will be responsible for ensuring competent industrial services management and operations across the site. You will have a keen focus on ensuring optimal cost efficiency, as well as highly efficient, quality and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e. steam, civil, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air.

A day in the life of…an Industrial Services Manager

The main purpose of this role ensuring competent Industrial Services management and operations across site. You will do this by building Engineering capability across the site and your teams to ensure a high level of service management to existing assets on site. From design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspections and audits.

A key part of your role will be to define standards and then ensure and measure adherence and compliance to these standards. It will be important to manage key internal relationships with the Factory Engineering team, as well as production, SH&E., We are committed to equal opportunity for all and we may collect relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process.   • Experience in at least one Industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing environment (min 3 years)


  • Experience operating or supervising others who operate fired pressure systems (boilers) or other large combustion systems


  • Engineering Degree / Diploma (e.g. mechanical, electrical) or substantial practical experience in engineering


  • Knowledge of local regulatory and statutory requirements relating to industrial services and environment


  • Good knowledge of NCE


  • Basic knowledge of Assets maintenance


  • Good knowledge of AMM system (SAP PM module)


  • Knowledge of TPM methodology is preferred
