As part of our Housing Managed Contract, you'll deliver a high-quality income management service to tenants, taking recovery action, negotiating repayments, and offering advice and assistance.

  • What you'll be doing:
  • Ensuring the income is maximised from rents, service charges, rechargeable repairs, sundry debts, and former tenant debts.

  • Providing a tenant focussed rent and debt collection service, using a wide range of methods to make contact.

  • Collaborating with external partners such as the Housing Benefit Department and the Department of Work and Pensions.

  • Assisting Income Officers to ensure tenants are supported to repay debt in an affordable, sustainable, and reasonable manner.

  • Seeking immediate resolutions to issues presented by tenants.

    Good communications skills.

  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders.

  • Experience of working in rent, debt, or income collection would be ideal., Disability Confident
