Due to continued expansion we are looking for another Inbound Telesales Executive to join our lovely friendly property surveying firm based in Watford. All warm leads, no cold calling!

- On-site parking, This role is working 5 days to include weekend days, so working pattern would be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (days off Wednesday and Thursday). There is a supplemental pay for weekend working. Please be aware that during your initial training period you will be required to be available to work Monday to Friday.

You must have some telesales experience gained in an office environment, the ability to build rapport quickly, close the sale and meet targets. You will also need good customer service skills as this is a soft-sell environment. If you have the sales skills we need, we can teach you everything you need to know about the property surveying business to be successful in the role.
You will join a friendly team of 8 Sales Execs, in a company where everyone settles in really quickly and your effort really counts.
We can offer you a competitive starting salary plus commission and incentives. 22 days holiday (rising to 27 days with length of service) plus bank holiday off (paid).
We are a 5 minute walk from Watford Junction station and have free on-site parking.
