Full Job Description

Policy Expert support their customers across the UK with their Home and Motor Insurance needs. We are on hand in our offices in Milton Keynes to guide our customers with their home insurance, talking with them about options available. This role will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience while meeting each customer's individual needs. You will be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers helping them with their queries for home insurance.

Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm, so we have various shifts across these hours.
