Full Job Description
- Have a knowledge of the waste and drainage industry and/or water industry.
- Have a high standard of knowledge of Health & Safety and associated legislation.
- Carry out the MTS Induction to all new employees, to set the pace for the new employees' journey.
- To carry out all industry led training to the highest level and standards.
- To keep your personal CPD up to date with current legislation and knowledge.
- The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and confident in the delivery of training., EAT or equivalent qualified
- EUSR National Water Hygiene trainer
- EUSR SHEA Water/ Drains and Sewer trainer
- Microsoft office literate
- Experience in writing, designing and delivering training courses, TAQA qualified or equivalent
- Manual handling trainer
- First Aid trainer
- NRSWA Trainer, Are you EAT or equivalent qualified?
- Are you a First Aid trainer?
- Are you a NRSWA Trainer?
- Microsoft Word: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
- UK Driving Licence (preferred)

Our Training Team are looking to recruit for an additional In House Trainer.
The Training Team at MTS Cleansing are a respected professional department, who deliver industry led training and bespoke in-house courses. Not only do we train all of our own employees, we have a large customer base of external customers that we train to the highest standard. MTS Cleansing Services are committed to a high level of Health and Safety. Our employees are the most important part of our business and making sure they "Go home Safe" is paramount.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm (40 hours, Full time permanent position)
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year,
Please note, there will be a 2-stage interview process.
1ststage - face to face interview and if successful you will be invited for 2ndstage to design and present to our Board of Directors.
