Full Job Description

  • In this key role, you'll be responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients to Cushon and supporting change projects for existing Clients across all workplace pension and savings products

  • You'll be expected to be in the London office a minimum of once a month


  • What you'll do

    As an Implementation Team Manager, you'll be managing the delivery of successful change projects in order to achieve successful customer outcomes for members and clients.

    You'll also be:

  • Leading the Implementation of the largest and most complex new and existing workplace pension or savings clients to Cushon

  • Managing Implementation team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction is maintained and supporting team member personal development through appraisals and regular monitoring against targets

  • Monitoring workflow to identify trends and ensuring work allocations are structured correctly across the team

  • Identifying and launching Implementation process improvements to the wider implementation team and business if required, ensuring any process documentation is created and updated

  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external teams, and attending meetings where required

    To take on this role, you'll need experience of applying Workplace Pensions Implementation Management tools and techniques, paired with experience of people leadership.


  • On top of this, you'll need:

  • Good working knowledge of project change frameworks including Prince 2 principles

  • Experience of line managing individuals or teams within Workplace Pension and Savings

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent client project activities of varying sizes, complexity and activity with minimal oversight

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good tone and excellent grammar and experience of delivering presentations both internally and externally

  • Fantastic work ethic with the confidence and personal skills to develop relationships with colleagues and client
