Human Resources Manager

Working as an integral part of the team, you will be the lead manager for all Human Resources functions for Leathermarket JMB, ensuring that our services, policies, processes and procedures are lawfully compliant, and adhere to best practice.

Leathermarket JMB are looking for a skilled professional Human Resources Manager who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast paced environment and is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture.

The JMB is a tenant-managed housing organisation based in the vibrant Bermondsey neighbourhood, managing 1,600 properties on behalf of Southwark Council. The post holder will be primarily based in our friendly and welcoming office in the heart of the community that we serve, just a few minutes' walk from London Bridge Station.

• Delivering a full range of human resources functions as set out in the Job Description


• Detailed knowledge of all aspects of current and forthcoming employment law issues


• Policies, procedures, and processes relating to Human Resources, taking the lead and being responsible for the creation and review of all HR policies and procedures
