Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Your expertise in HRIS systems, social media management, and effective communication will contribute to the success of our HR initiatives., Manage and maintain HRIS system
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims resolution
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training programs and track employee development plans
- Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding and engage with potential candidates
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting

- Carrying out basic bookkeeping and Payroll duties

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus
