Full Job Description

  • Supporting the company in identifying and managing HSE risks, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Empowering operational staff to take ownership of HSE on site.

  • Driving governance and assurance processes for HSE performance.

  • Assisting with incident investigations and HSE inspections using iAuditor.

  • Participating in audits to monitor and enhance HSE systems and procedures.

  • Conducting 1-2-1 workstation assessments when needed.

  • Assisting with external audits for customers and ISO standards.

  • Organising first aid and fire warden training.

  • Preparing monthly statistics, slides, minutes, and action plans for HSE committee meetings.

If so, we're looking for a HSE Coordinator to join our team in the UK and support our Head of HSE in enhancing our management systems., Experienced as either an HSE administrator or coordinator.

  • Experience of a similar role within transport/logistics or a similar multi-site environment.

  • Possess NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • IT literate/working with databases and dashboards

  • Full clean driver's license with the ability to travel regularly around the UK and Ireland, At DB Schenker, we embrace diversity and strive to enhance it further.     Salary: Up to £40k per annum depending on experience,
