Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR System and Recruitment Administrator to join our enthusiastic team, in this exciting hybrid role working across two teams within the HR Department, As our HR System and Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the HR system (iTrent) ensuring data accuracy, and will manage the HR data lifecycle, along with entering and transferring all new starters on the system.

You will liaise with the managers of Associate Lecturers and Casual workers and guide them through the set-up process. Within the recruitment side of the role, you will act as first point of contact and will deal with all recruitment queries, providing proactive, customer service focused support and advice to both line managers and candidates.

You will also provide general administrative support to the both teams, such as managing the team inbox, answering email enquiries and managing job boards to ensure smooth processes and meeting tight deadlines.

You will have experience in an administrative role, handling confidential information, and will possess excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with flexibility and the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise effectively. You will be able to meet multiple deadlines, solve problems and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential, as is the ability to work independently, using your initiative.
