HR & Recruitment Coordinator

In the role of Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you will hold a vital position in managing all facets of talent acquisition within our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our business forward. With guidance from our COO and Academic Leads, you will receive comprehensive support and coaching to align the right candidate profiles and skillsets with our specific requirements. As the primary liaison for all matters related to talent, your focus will be on maintaining a five-star recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates.,

• Working as part of the Operations/Talent team you will be responsible for the recruitment for all subject areas and levels of Tutors, Academic Leads, Student Advisors and University Admissions positions.


• You'll manage the full recruitment life cycle, from the initial briefing call, to sourcing, reviewing CV's, screening calls, arranging interviews, offer management and onboarding.


• Try and test different ways to attract candidates using different platforms, such as, LinkedIn, social media, groups and events.


• Post new jobs through our LinkedIn, Facebook page, University careers pages etc.


• You'll utilise our ATS (applicant tracking system) and help the team to use it efficiently


• Ensure the candidate journey is enjoyable, consistent and an inclusive process across all roles.


• Provide detailed feedback to all candidates both successful and unsuccessful.


• Maintain positive relationships with all applicants as well as pipelining for the future through building communities and talent pools via the ATS.


• Clear communication with stakeholders and hiring managers through the process, regularly updating them on progress, problems or challenges.


• Continue to grow our external partnerships by attending recruitment events and freshers fairs with our Events & Community Manager.
  
  You will have proven experience working within Recruitment/Talent/HR within a recruitment agency or an in-house role.


• Proficiency in using an ATS software (preferably TeamTailor but not essential).


• Proven experience in administrative tasks and highly organised.


• Ability to manage key stakeholders and advise on interview processes where necessary.


• Experience in managing ever-changing work demands and how to prioritise with effective time management skills.


• Ability to make decisions autonomously and within a larger team.


• Proactive high performer, who takes pride and full ownership of their work and completing tasks to a tight deadline.
