Full Job Description

We have the opportunity for a HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our team of welcoming and friendly HR Professionals.,

  • Following the full recruitment process including proof-reading adverts, JDs and person specifications, placing adverts on the relevant job boards, supporting the shortlisting process, setting up interviews & being the point of contact for recruitment managers and applicants.

  • Co-managing the HR inbox, triaging emails according to their escalation level and responding to routine enquiries from staff, applicants, and managers

  • Communicating with individuals going through the onboarding process ensuring they are aware how to move to each stage of the recruitment process and where they are in the process

    If you have experience working within an administrative function and are looking to get into HR and Recruitment this maybe the role for you!, GCSE (Grades A-C) or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics

  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines.

  • Excellent oral communications skills with colleagues and prospective employees, agencies, training companies (face to face and via the telephone)
