Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Project Implementation Specialist to support with the rollout and execution of Medivets Reward and Benefits project., The role is a contract position up to 12 months and is Hybrid, working three days a week from our Head Support Centre based in Watford.
Role accountabilities

  • Support the rollout and execution of our Reward and Benefits project across our clinical operations and support centre.

  • Aid with Medivets pay policy delivery.

  • Assist with levelling salaries and benefits for Vets and Nurses within Clinic.

  • Working with ER in reporting of cases and pro active planning with PMs/Clinical Ops to improve, share lessons learnt etc.

  • Support on BPA people impacts analysis and implementation

  • Look at contractual requirements across business working with ER and People Services to ensure appropriate range of contracts are in place to deliver.

  • Grading & Benchmarking.

  • Organisation design/restructures.

  • Embedding Workday ATS in our Support Centre, aiding policy and procedures.

  • Help deliver Terms of Employment projects in key stages.

    Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have HR change management and ER experience with strong HR tech knowledge?, Capable HR partner than can influence and challenge the Exec team and leadership in Support Centre and represent the People Team in business wide projects.


  • Sound change and transformation experience with the ability to understand legal implications of changes as well as stakeholder engagement.

    Prepared to roll sleeves up and get involved in the detail as required.

    Good analytical skills - able to provide reporting & data to support as well as identify trends and actions required.

    Restructuring experience include contracts/T&Cs/pay.

    Develop policies and the processes associated with any changes.

    Strong project management and organisation experience and skill

    Experience in developing and implementing.

    Good communicator

    Able to see the bigger picture across the colleague experience.

    Embedding Documentation control and compliance

    Able to carry out Post implementation review and forward planning as a result
