As the HR Manager at Super Star Sport, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of HR operations, reporting directly to the Operations Director. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment process for the delivery company, standardising recruitment processes across the network, providing HR
support to franchises through training and guidance, ensuring that all new starter contracts are signed and completed before the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance by assisting new applicants in obtaining the necessary requirements (e.g., DBS checks).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the delivery company,
