  • Address inquiries and concerns related to HR processes from

  • franchisees.
    4. Process Writing:

  • requirements and industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes in

  • regulations or company policies.
    5. HR Meetings:
  • Conduct all HR meetings, including onboarding sessions, performance

  • reviews, and disciplinary meetings.
  • Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related

  • issues.
    6. Contract Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end contract process for new hires, ensuring all

  • required documents are completed and signed before the onboarding
    process.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors if necessary to ensure contracts comply

  • with relevant laws and regulations.
    7. Compliance Management:
  • Ensure new applicants have the correct compliance to join the

  • company.
  • Assist new hires in obtaining necessary compliance requirements, such

  • as applying for DBS checks or other industry-specific certifications.
    8. Head of People:
  • Act as the Head of People across the delivery company, promoting a

  • positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and

  • satisfaction.
    Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Operations Director.
