As a HR Business Partner at Sodexo, you are a strategic business booster and a dynamic change agent. This role supporting our corporate functions allows you to partner with UK&I and Global business leaders to deliver HR solutions that maximise people performance within high-performing SME teams. By leading our People Workstreams within regional transformation and evolution projects, you will make our business commercially stronger to aid client retention and drive growth. We are looking for an experienced HRBP superstar who can adeptly manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. If you are a senior-level influencer with a strong track record in HR and a passion for driving organisational excellence, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:

  • Translate People Strategy into deliverable People Plans aligned with our regional roadmap priorities

  • Support significant change management and people process delivery to create an engaging employee experience bringing future fitness through our people proposition

  • Foster an inclusive culture to achieve 80% employee engagement by 2025 and a 30 eNPS

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for effective workforce planning to achieve our DEI targets

  • Attract, develop, and retain talent with accurate succession planning from career conversations

  • Support managers with complex employee relations case management and drive proactive people management to reach our stretching people metrics

  • Collaborate with L&D to develop required competencies and establish career pathways for our professional families

    Substantial HR generalist experience with expertise in change management, talent management, employee relations and employee lifecycle processes

  • Experience in organisational development to strengthen org capabilities

  • Senior-level influencer with strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen

  • Proven experience working in a matrix organisation and building diverse teams

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable people plans with strong facilitation and coaching skills

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or qualified by experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors is desirable

  • Open to hybrid working - based from Salford office 2 days per week with travel across the UK as required
