Full Job Description

· Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.

· Overseeing the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment documentation.

· Conducting initial orientation to new hires

· Sitting in HR meetings and coordinating management-employee communications

· Keeping up to date with the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

· Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.

· Assisting other departments with ad-hoc tasks.

· Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

· Excellent organisational skills

· Strong communications skills

· Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
