Full Job Description

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for the new starters

  • Respond to requests for references, conducting right to work checks, and prepare offer letters

  • Provide administrative support by maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, updating company organisational charts and contact lists

  • Assist in organising and conducting employee training sessions

  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Assist with company event organisation, team-building activities and recognition programs or awareness days

  • Draft monthly comms and any HR other updates to the business

  • Deal with any employee queries regarding HR issues, rules and/or policies

  • Support with any HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, suggestion scheme, training workshops

  • Perform any other administrative duties to support Head of HR

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication, initiative, and organisational skills., Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams

  • Previous HR administrative experience

  • CIPD level 3 qualified or above

  • Attention to detail and analytical

  • Basic understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations and best practices

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to manage own workload and balance priorities
