HR Assistant

What you will be doing

• Action HR administrative tasks in William Hill's SAP SuccessFactors system, such as new starter process and updating employee and job information, as well as performing non-system related administration tasks


• Resolve or escalate people queries via phone or email as required within the agreed SLAs and KPls


• You will be working closely with other departments, such as Payroll, Systems, L&D and Recruitment, as well as Business Managers and our people and supporting others within the team and work collectively when needed


• Utilising the HR systems fully in accordance with documented procedures


• Support System Updates through User Acceptance Testing


• You'll develop knowledge of William Hill's SAP SuccessFactors system and Right Now


• Proposing process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls


• Proactively supporting adhoc processes and projects as and when required.

• Experience in a service center environment and working with HR systems, specifically cloud solutions like SAP SuccessFactors.


• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.


• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and connect with customers.


• Actively participates and cooperates with others, demonstrating a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
