Full Job Description

The HR Advisory Team is a Centre of Excellence which is building a reputation for operational efficiency, data integrity & expert HR advice

This role will join the Advisory team and enable them to deliver first class operational HR support and expertise to the business and the Global HR Team.

This is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational support to the global offices, including assistance to the global HR team members

  • Supporting the completion of key HR processes within the Team as well as responding directly to employees and the business on HR queries.

  • Own / manage the HR Inbox and triage appropriately to wider team

  • Supporting the implementation of a new HR Information System

  • Entry of data on HR system ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times

  • Management of the HR intranet page to ensure HR documents and content remains accurate, relevant and promotes a high standard of the employee experience

  • Seeking improvement and efficiencies in processes across the employee life cycle to drive a best in class service

  • Processing HR Operations invoices and liaising with Finance team where required

  • Assisting with ad hoc HR priorities and project as required

    Microsoft Office particularly Excel skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well at all levels

  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of agreed deadlines

  • Self-starter who thrives on providing the best possible service to the team and the business

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

  • Experience of HR Operations and an ability to bring the best possible HR service to the team and business

  • Experience in dealing with ambiguity and various employee jurisdictions

  • Adaptable and willingness to assist a positive team culture
