Full Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team at KP Snacks in the HR department. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in digitising our records from its physical state cross referencing and updating our employment records.

What will you be doing?

  • Moving documents from a physical state to a digital state

  • Ensuring the documents are cross referenced and updating digital fields

  • Updating employment records

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems

  • Proven experience in a HR administrative position (preferred) or taking a HR qualification as this would be a fantastic opportunity for work experience

  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices (preferred)

  • Excellent computer skills and competent in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Flexible and willing to learn

  • Professional and approachable manner

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
