Full Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit 2 x Housing Support Officer's to join our team based within Gateshead.
Duties Of Role:
- To deliver a comprehensive, customer focused and responsive tenancy and estate management service to sustain tenancies.
- Supporting tenants and helping to create safe and clean sustainable neighbourhoods.
- Dealing with incoming queries via email, telephone and face to face.
- Recording all data on in house systems.
Must have previous, similar experience. - Must have 5 GCSE'S including English and Maths at grades A-C (5-9)
