Housing Related Support Worker

Work collaboratively with clients to set goals and develop personalised support plans aimed at promoting their independence
- Advocate for clients' rights and preferences within Housing and Social Services settings
- Conduct assessments of client's needs, preferences, strengths and goals
- Identify appropriate resources, services or agencies to address specific needs or concerns
- Provide support and guidance to clients in resolving tenancy issues and in managing their finances effectively
- Provide practical assistance and guidance in developing life skills, such as cooking, cleaning and personal hygiene

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Related Support Worker to join our team in providing assistance and care to individuals in need. The ideally candidate will have experience of working with people who require care and/or support, however a strong desire to care and support others is also acceptable., GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
- Level 2 Health & Social Care or willingness and ability to work towards a H&SC Level 2 qualification
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' needs effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanour when working with vulnerable individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
