Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant BANK

To oversee the domestic and laundry cleaning service in support of the hotel services function to ensure a high quality and comprehensive care service is delivered to residents.,

• Helps to maintain a 'homely' and pleasant environment for resident's and colleagues


• Plans and delivers a comprehensive cleaning schedule to ensure that the facility and all furnishings are clean and tidy at all times


• Ensures that all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely


• Reports any defects, faults or maintenance requirements to cleaning equipment or furnishings


• Uses and stores cleaning products in accordance with COSHH regulations


• Ensures equipment and machinery are kept in good working order and that faults are reported immediately


• These duties are not exhaustive. Job holders may be asked to undertake other responsibilities, within their spheres of responsibility and competence
