Full Job Description

As Housekeeping Checker you will join an exciting department that strives to deliver a high quality housekeeping experience to all our customers, ensuring that all holiday homes are cleaned and presented to a very high standard following Parkdean Resorts processes and procedures. You will support the department motivating, coaching the cleaning teams and checking the cleaning standards and signing off the holiday homes before our guests and owners check in., Influence all team members to embrace and promote the Parkdean Resorts values through the effective use of various tools such as the Creating Amazing Memories training.

Continuously celebrate success and achievement with the team, ensuring a high level of consistent engagement.

Consistently seek out new personnel development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochure.

Support your fellow team members delivering and embracing the park culture and exceed guests expectations ensuring cleaning standards are delivered at all times.

As a team discover and implement ways to improve guests feedback scores.

Check and sign off holiday homes allocated ensuring quality and to exceed the customer expectations delivering a great accommodation.

Go the extra mile to create a clean and safe environment.

Take ownership of your time management.

Achieve and exceed targets set by your manager.

Check and report any repairs in the holiday home through the correct communication channel.

Understand how you performance can impact on the guest experience.

Work within a large team.

Complete all company training provided.

Communicate efficiently with others.

Report any maintenance, structural or mechanical defects that may have an impact on holiday homes and the customer experience.

Carry out all tasks following Parkdean resorts Health and Safety processes and procedures.

On occasion you may have to perform additional duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.
