Full Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy professional in their home environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.

Job descriptions

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

Clean the house thoroughly and maintain its cleanliness on a regular basis.

Change bedding as needed.

Handle laundry washing and ironing duties.

Water indoor and outdoor plants, especially when employers are away.

Empty the dishwasher and keep indoor and outdoor bin areas tidy.

Engage in light gardening tasks, including tending to the vegetable patch.

Perform pool maintenance and coordinate with pool company when employers are away. Clean once a week when in use

Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles as and when needed and take for service etc

Put out bins weekly for collection.

Schedule appointments and make necessary arrangements.

Purchase household items as required.

Manage recycling when needed.

Assist with filing and other office-related tasks if necessary.

Take care of pets and the house when employers are away, (walks, meals, emptying of litter tray and including arranging vet visits if needed.

Collect children from school if required when employers are away.

Drive employers to airport

Manage holiday home changeovers.

Your duties may be modified from time to time to suit the needs of the household & business.

Hours when employers in residence

10-5 Monday to Friday

1/2 day can be taken during the week when employers in residence

Live in approx 100 days a year

30 days holiday - (not including bank holidays if needed)

While employers are away care of one dog - walks - feeds 7 days a week

Care for one cat feed

Vet visits when necessary

    One bed apartment available fully inclusive of all bills for one adult only on site as a perk and not park of package.


    • No parking available at property but parking available 2 mins away

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

    Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

    Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
